The SAFE project is a collaboration between the Helen Bamber Foundation, Oscar-award winning actress and human rights campaigner Emma Thompson, and photographer Nick Haddow.
SAFE explores what it truly means to be ‘safe’. Capturing some of the world’s most recognised actresses’ in their ‘safe’ place, the poignant and intimate portfolio of photography seeks to bring awareness to some of societies most vulnerable people.
Initially released exclusively in the Sunday Time Style Magazine and Harpers Bazaar, the portfolio is now being printed in the UK as a collectable luxury book, to be distributed globally and raise awareness and funds for HBF in the memory of the late Helen Bamber.
